104 Definitions
In this Part:
recorded statement:
(a) for Division 3, see section 21AA of the Evidence Act 1939; and
(b)
for Division 4A, see section 21G of the Evidence Act 1939.
vulnerable witness means:
(a)
an adult who is a protected person; or
(b) a vulnerable witness as defined in section 21AB of the Evidence Act 1939.
