73 Right to be heard before decision is made

The Court must not vary or revoke the court DVO unless the following persons have an opportunity to be heard on the matter of the variation or revocation:

(a)

persons who, in the Court's opinion, have a direct interest in the outcome;

(b)

for an application relating to a court DVO that was a police DVO confirmed by the Court under Part 2.4, Division 3 – the

Commissioner.
