77 Application of Division
This Division applies in relation to an application made under
Division 2 for an order to vary or revoke a court DVO if:
(a)
the Court is satisfied that it is not practicable to comply with section 73; and
(b)
the protected person had an opportunity to be heard on the matter of the variation or revocation.
