82D Application of Part
This Part applies in relation to a court DVO if the respondent is summoned to appear before the Court under section 81 or 82Y to show cause why the court DVO should not be confirmed.
Note for section 82D
Section 81 deals with a summons to the respondent for court DVOs made without a hearing.
Section 82Y deals with a summons to the respondent for court DVOs varied in urgent circumstances.
