17 CEO subject to Ministerial direction and control
(1)
The CEO is subject to the direction and control of the Minister in the exercise of powers, or the performance of functions, under this Act.
(2)
The CEO may, if authorised to do so by the Minister in writing, exercise any power or perform any function that the Minister is authorised or required to exercise or perform by this Act.
