Commencement

In force

(1) The provisions of this Act (except Part 3, Part 6, Divisions 2 and 4 and Part 7) commence on 1 January 2016.

Part 6, Divisions 2 and 4 and Part 7 commence on 1 April 2016.

(3)

Part 3 commences on 1 July 2016.
