Report by CEO

In force

(1)

The CEO must, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, prepare and give to the Minister a report on the administration of this Act, and on the operation of education and training services in the Territory, during the year ending on that date.

(2)

The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative

Assembly within 6 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
