54 Special arrangements to include provision for visits
(1)
This section applies if special arrangements for a child would require the child to reside at a place other than the usual place of residence of the parent who has daily care and control of the child.
(2)
The arrangements must include provision for visits of reasonable frequency and duration by that parent to the child or by the child to that parent.
