68 Enrolment in distance education centre by overseas student
(1)
A person who is not an Australian citizen or resident in
Australia and who is under the age of 18 years may apply to the CEO for enrolment in a distance education centre.
(2)
The CEO may enrol an applicant under subsection (1) if satisfied that the applicant is, at the time of enrolment, under the age of
18 years.
