Register of non-Government schools

In force

For section 157(3) of the Act, the following information is required to be contained in the register of non-Government schools:

(a)

the name and address of the school;

(b)

the name and address of the governing body of the school;

(c)

the date the school was registered under Part 7 of the Act;

(d)

any religious or other affiliation of the school;

(e)

the year levels of the school's students;

(f) the conditions of registration imposed on the school under section 138 of the Act.
