104 Application of Subdivision
This
Subdivision applies to declaration voting papers:
(a) issued under:
(i) Part
6, Division 3, Subdivision 2 to persons to whom section 56(1)(b)(i) applies; or
(ii) Part
6, Division 5, Subdivision 3; and
(b) sent to the Commission or an authorised officer under section 76(2)(f),
101(2)(c) or 116(e).
