Electoral Act 2004

(1) The

Associate Judge must, as soon as practicable after the application is made, give a copy of it to the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly.

(2) Within

2 days after making the application, the applicant must give written notice of the application and a copy of it to:

(a) the

Commission; and

(b) if the application claims a candidate who has not been returned as elected for a division was entitled to be so returned – the candidate, if any, returned as elected for the division.
