Electoral Act 2004

A

part of premises licensed under the Liquor Act 2019 may be appointed as a voting centre only if the Commission is satisfied that, during voting hours on election day:

(a) liquor will not be available for sale or consumption on the part of the premises; and

(b) the

part of the premises will be segregated from the part of the premises where liquor will be available for sale or consumption; and

(c) access to the part of the premises will not involve passing through a part of the premises where liquor will be available for sale or consumption.
