69 Offences
(1)
A person must not reconnect electricity supply disconnected under section 67 or 68, or have it reconnected, except in accordance with the Electrical Safety Act 2022.
Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units.
(2)
A person to whom a direction is given under section 68(1)(b) must comply with the direction.
Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units.
