81 Power to require information
An authorised officer may require a person to provide information in the person's possession relevant to the enforcement of this Act.
An authorised officer may require a person to produce documents in the person's possession that may be relevant to the enforcement of this Act for inspection by the authorised officer.
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a requirement under this section.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units.
A person is not required to give information or produce a document under this section if the answer to the question or the contents of the document would tend to incriminate the person of an offence.
