Publication of notice and reasons

(1)

The Minister must publish an approval notice issued under this

Division and a statement of the reasons for the decision to approve the application as soon as practicable after the approval notice is issued.

(2)

The Minister must publish a statement of reasons for a decision under section 101 to refuse an application as soon as practicable after the decision is made.
