124T Risk criteria
(1)
The Minister may declare risk criteria for the environmental impacts and environmental risks of mining activities.
(2)
The Minister may declare different risk criteria for different types of mining activity and for different phases of a mining activity.
(3)
A declaration of risk criteria must be prepared in accordance with the regulations.
(4)
The Minister must publish the risk criteria as soon as practicable after they are declared under this section.
