124ZZM Notice of decision
(1)
The Minister must give notice to the mining operator of a decision under section 124ZZL and a statement of reasons for the decision.
(2)
The Minister must publish a decision under section 124ZZL and a statement of reasons for the decision as soon as practicable after the decision is made.
