124ZZZL Obligations of contractor who is not worker
A contractor (other than a worker) must ensure that the provisions of this Act and the environment protection management system for the activity site are complied with to the extent that they relate to the work performed or service provided by the contractor.
A contractor (other than a worker) must, as soon as practicable, report to the operator for the activity site:
the occurrence of an incident required to be reported or recorded under Part 9, Division 8 or the regulations; and
a situation the contractor has reason to believe may present a risk to the environment; and
any matter reported to the contractor by a worker under section 124ZZZK.
