17 Principles of ecologically sustainable development
(1)
This Division sets out the principles of ecologically sustainable development.
(2)
A decision-maker must consider and apply these principles in making a decision under this Act.
(3)
In making a decision under this Act and stating the reasons for that decision, a decision-maker is not required to specify how the decision-maker has considered or applied these principles.
