Recorded notice applies to owners and occupiers of land

(1)

This section applies if an environment protection notice relating to land is recorded under section 185(3).

(2)

If the environment protection notice was issued to the owner or occupier of the land to which it applies, the notice is binding on each owner or occupier for the time being of the land.
