Duties on entry

In force

A person who is authorised under section 192B to enter land or premises:

(a)

must take reasonable steps to minimise disruption to the owner or occupier of the land or premises caused by the entry to the land or premises or the taking of an action specified in section 192D;

and

(b)

must not remain on the land or premises any longer than is reasonably necessary to comply with the environment protection notice or to monitor the carrying out of works under the environment protection notice.
