229C Record of recordable incidents
(1)
An operator of a site at which a recordable incident occurs must record the recordable incident as soon as practicable after the incident occurs.
(2)
The record must comply with the requirements prescribed by regulation.
(3)
An operator of a site who is required to make a record under subsection (1) must make the record of recordable incidents available at the site for inspection by an environmental officer.
