Court may order reimbursement of investigation costs

(1)

This section applies if a person is found guilty of an offence against this Act.

(2)

The court may, in addition to any other order it may make under this Act or the Sentencing Act 1995, make an order requiring the offender to reimburse the costs and expenses incurred by the CEO in investigating the offence.
