278 Delegation by Minister
(1)
The Minister may delegate any of the Minister's powers and functions under this Act to the CEO or a person other than the NT EPA or a member of the NT EPA.
(2)
The Minister may delegate to the NT EPA or a member of the NT
EPA any power of the Minister relating to the amendment of an environmental approval.
