Failure to publish decision or statement of reasons

(1)

The failure of a decision-maker to publish a decision or a statement of reasons for a decision under this Act does not affect the validity of the decision.

(2)

A decision-maker may publish a decision or statement of reasons even if the required time for that publication has expired.
