298 Environmental audit
Part 8, Divisions 1 and 2 and Part 9, Divisions 1 and 3 apply (with any necessary changes) in relation to:
(a)
an action assessed under the former Act before the commencement as if it were an action referred under this Act; and
(b)
a proposed action that continues to be assessed under the former
Act after the commencement as if it were a proposed action referred under this Act.
