Significant variation of action or strategic proposal

(1)

A significant variation of an action or strategic proposal that has had an environmental impact assessment in accordance with a cooperative agreement may be dealt with and assessed in accordance with the agreement.

(2)

If the cooperative agreement is no longer in place, a significant variation of an action or strategic proposal mentioned in subsection (1) must be dealt with and assessed in accordance with Division 3.
