29 Definitions
In this Division:
condition, of an approval, means a condition of the approval imposed by the CEO.
variation, of a condition of CDS approval, means:
(a)
amend an existing condition of the approval; or
(b)
impose a new condition of the approval; or
(c)
remove an existing condition of the approval.
