37 Grounds for suspending or cancelling approval
Each of the following is a ground for suspending or cancelling a CDS approval:
(a) the holder of the approval has contravened a provision of this Act;
the holder of the approval has failed to comply with:
a condition of the approval; or
a waste management arrangement relevant to the approval;
(c) the holder of the approval has failed to achieve a target within the period stated in a notice given to the holder under section 49(3);
(d) waste management arrangement relevant to the approval can no longer operate according to its provisions;
(e) the CEO becomes aware of information that, had it been known at the time the application for approval or renewal of approval was made, would have given a reason for refusing the application.
