41P Notice of change of details
(1) A CDS supplier must, within 30 days of a change in the supplier's name, address or contact person, give the CEO notice of the change and provide the new details.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
(3)
In this section:
CDS supplier includes a CDS supplier whose registration is suspended.
