43 Keeping records of CDS activities

(1)

A person who is the holder of a CDS approval or a CDS supplier must keep records of the person's CDS activities in the approved form.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

(2)

An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
