52 Meaning of biodegradable bag
A biodegradable bag is a carry bag comprised of material of a type that:
(a)
has been assessed and tested in accordance with the Australian
Standard prescribed by regulation, as in force from time to time; and
(b)
can be designated, in accordance with the Standard, as compostable.
