77 Definitions
In this Division:
declared provision means each of the following provisions:
(a) section 13(1), (3) and (4), 14(1) and (2), 15(1), 16(1), 17(1), (4) and (6), 18(1), 42, 55(1), 56(1), 57(1), 58, 71(4), 73(1), 74(1) and (2), 75(1) and 76;
(b)
a provision of the Regulations prescribed by regulation.
representative, of a person, means an employee or agent of the person.
