221 Application of amendments to sections 94, 98 and 101
(1)
Sections 94, 98 and 101, as amended by the amending Act, apply in relation to a proceeding in which the hearing commenced after the commencement.
(2)
Sections 94, 98 and 101, as in force immediately before the commencement, continue to apply in relation to a proceeding in which the hearing commenced before the commencement.
