1 Some expressions used in this Act are defined in the Interpretation Act and have the meanings given to them in that Act.

2 The Commonwealth Act and

NSW Act include an additional subsection (3) regarding definitions which is unnecessary in the Territory because of section 18 of the Interpretation Act.
