Schedule 1to the Stamp Duty Act is amended –
41 Amendment of Gaming Machine Regulations
(1)
Regulation
33 of the Gaming Machine Regulations is amended by omitting "47%" and substituting "37.91%".
(2)
Regulation
33 of the Gaming Machine Regulations as amended by subsection (1) may be amended or repealed by a regulation as if the amendment had been made by a regulation.
