24 Statement of accrued benefits etc.

Before an employee of AFIC becomes an APRA employee under section 22 or is appointed to the Australian Public Service as mentioned in section 23(2), AFIC must give the person, and APRA or the

Commonwealth Public Service Commissioner, a written statement stating particulars of the benefits to which the person has an accrued entitlement, the person's remuneration and the person's length of service with AFIC.

Division 3 Information may be given to APRA or ASIC
