26 Transfer of assets and liabilities
(1)
The Queensland Minister administering the Financial Sector
Reform (Queensland) Act 1999 of Queensland may enter into a transfer agreement under Division 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 8 of the
FSR Act connected with the transfer of AFIC's assets or liabilities to APRA or ASIC.
(2)
The transfer agreement has effect according to its terms.
