3 Commencement
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on the day on which the Administrator's assent to the Act is declared.
(2)
The following provisions come into operation on the transfer date:
(a)
section 6;
(b)
Parts 2, 3 and 4;
(c)
Divisions 1 and 5 of Part 5;
(d)
Divisions 1 and 3 of Part 6;
(e)
Parts 7 and 8.
