31 Dissolution of TSA
(1)
TSA is dissolved on the earlier of the following:
(a)
12 months after the transfer date;
(b)
the day stated in a notice published in the Gazette by the
Minister.
(2)
TSA must, before TSA is dissolved, prepare and give to the
Minister a written final winding-up report and final financial statements on TSA's operations since the transfer date.
