7 Election to have matter dealt with by a court
(1) If a person elects under section 21 of the Act to have a matter dealt with by a court, the statement to that effect must provide the person's full name, address and date of birth and contain the following information in respect of each alleged offence to which the election relates:
(a)
a description of the alleged offence;
(b)
the date the offence was alleged to have been committed.
(2) The statement of election may be served on the body that issued the infringement notice or courtesy letter, as the case may be, by sending it to the body's email address.
