13 Auxiliary members
(1)
The Commissioner may appoint a person to be an auxiliary member of the Fire and Rescue Service.
(2)
An auxiliary member must be paid for the member's services in accordance with a scale of fees determined by the Minister.
(3)
Subject to subsection (2), an auxiliary member must be employed on such terms and conditions as are determined, from time to time, by the Commissioner.
