16 Powers and functions of members
(1)
A member may exercise such powers and perform such functions as are conferred or imposed on the member by or under this Act or any other law in force in the Territory.
(2)
A member must promptly obey all lawful instructions given to the member by a member of a higher rank, or a member of the same rank, under whose control, direction or supervision the member is performing his or her duties.
