6 Prescription of matters for section 18A of Act
(1) For the definition extended amount in section 18A(6) of the Act, the first home owner grant under that section is $10 500 for an eligible transaction with a commencement date during the period:
(a)
starting on and including 1 October 2009; and
(b)
ending on and including 31 December 2009.
(2) For the definition extended period in section 18A(6) of the Act, the extended period ends on 31 December 2009.
