20E Form of application
(1)
This section applies in relation to an application made under this Part.
(2)
The application must be made in the approved form and be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3)
The Director may require the applicant to give the Director any additional information or material that the Director considers necessary to make a proper assessment of the application.
