122P Pearl oyster fishery dump sites
(1)
A Pearl Oyster Fishery licensee may place on a pearl oyster dump site pearl oysters taken under the Pearl Oyster Fishery licence.
(2)
The licensee must inform the Director, in writing, of the location of a pearl oyster dump site within 7 days after establishing it.
