18 Destruction of fish or aquatic life
(1)
The Director may destroy fish or aquatic life that the Director believes, on reasonable grounds, to be diseased or contaminated, if the Director considers it necessary in order to prevent the spread of disease or contamination.
(2)
The Director may destroy fish or aquatic life if the Director believes, on reasonable grounds, that it is necessary to prevent the spread of a noxious species.
