78L Restrictions apply during voyage to CLF Western Zone
(1)
The holder of a CLF licence must not, during one voyage, take any fish in the CLF Western Zone under the licence and take any fish under the licence outside the CLF Western Zone.
Maximum penalty: 170 penalty units.
(2)
The holder of a CLF licence must not, during one voyage, take any CLF species in the CLF Western Zone under the licence and take any fish, in or outside the CLF Western Zone, under any other licence.
Maximum penalty: 170 penalty units.
(3)
Subregulation (1) or (2) does not apply if the Director gives the holder written approval to take the action mentioned in the relevant subregulation.
