46 Player registration
(1)
An internet gaming licensee must not permit a person to participate as a player in an internet game conducted by the licensee unless the person is registered as a player with the licensee.
Maximum penalty: 15 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not participate as a player in an internet game unless the person is registered as a player with the internet gaming licensee who conducts the game.
Maximum penalty: 15 penalty units.
